Shout annual meeting with the Prince and Princess of Wales
Three cameras cut live to YouTube and the room, with royal guests, polling and picture-in-picture.

The job
A charity's annual meeting with royal and celebrity guests needed to reach supporters at home as well as 400 people in the room, with content only released on the day.
What we did
The venue already had a stage, sound system and projector, so we plugged into them, adding three camera angles and a live-cut show to YouTube. We used picture-in-picture during the interactive segments and an audience camera so people at home felt part of it.
We set up the evening before, then left while security checks were completed. We returned four hours before the show so presenters could rehearse with their slides and the host could settle in. Content arrived on the day, because of financial announcements and the special guests.
Outcome
The two-hour show went live to around 400 people in the room and to YouTube Live. The client received the whole show on an SSD, including each camera angle for social and promotional edits.
