Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website or send us an enquiry, and what we do with it.
Moingo is a trading name of Camberall Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect through moingo.co.uk, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Camberall Ltd, trading as Moingo, is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 09529062. Our registered office is Cawley Place, 15 Cawley Road, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 1UZ.
For anything about your data, email info@moingo.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. Your name and email address, and what you tell us about the job: what it is, when, where, which package you’re interested in, and any message. We use this to reply to you and to plan and quote for the work.
When you browse the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other websites. We see totals, not individuals.
Spam protection. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do this Turnstile looks at technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and device details. It is used only for that check, and it does not set cookies.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies, and neither do the visitor counts or the spam check. Nothing is stored on your device to recognise you.
Who handles your information for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, provides the visitor counts and runs the spam check.
- Resend delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox by email, sending from its EU region in Ireland.
- Google Workspace is where our email is stored.
Each processes information only on our instructions.
Transfers outside the UK
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. This applies to Resend too, even though it sends our enquiry emails from its EU region.
- Cloudflare states in its data processing addendum that it complies with the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For transfers not covered by that framework, the addendum applies the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as amended by the Information Commissioner’s International Data Transfer Addendum.
- Resend states in its data processing addendum that it complies with the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and that transfers from the UK are made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as amended by the Information Commissioner’s International Data Transfer Addendum.
Google Workspace, where our email is stored, may also process data outside the UK under Google’s own data processing terms.
We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. We won’t add you to a mailing list.
Why we’re allowed to use it
We use your enquiry details because you asked us to get in touch, and to take steps towards a contract you may want to enter. We use visitor counts and spam checks because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry becomes a job, we keep the details for as long as we need them for that work and our legal and accounting obligations. If it doesn’t, we delete the enquiry after 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
Email info@moingo.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page.
