Using 2 cameras with slides to create short videos announcing the latest results of clinical trials.
This project involved travelling to Cambridge and loading into a hotel business suite. We set up 2 cameras and wireless lapel microphone and the client provided the slides for each speaker in advance of the day.
Once set up and tested, each of the guest presenters – both staff members and external lecturers – were able to quickly come through and either read a pre-made script from the teleprompter, or see their slides in the teleprompter and talk about them.
All video was cut live and the finished edits and the individual camera angles were handed over to the client immediately at the end of the day.
- Initial job booking emailing us directly and checking the dates
- We confirmed with a quote sent through including travel time
- We had a 30-minute zoom meeting to talk through expectations and any media assets required
- Event Capture UK arrives on site in the morning to setup (2 hour window) and test recordings, audio and graphics (1 hour window)
- We then waited calmly in the room as different presenters were ushered in by the client to complete their recordings
- We pack down and leave once all sessions had been recorded, handing the hard drive with all the content to the client (2 hours)
