Charity Annual Meeting with Celebrity Guests

Using multiple cameras to livestream announcements, special guests and live and virtual audience polling

On this project the customer had already organised their large annual meeting into a venue with full stage, sound system and a projector for their slides and video, so we integrated with that including 3 camera angles and a live-cut show to YouTube

We included picture-in-picture during the interactive segments as well as making use of audience camera for those at home to feel part of the show.

  • Initial job booking through email, including venue address, parking availability, load in, security requirements (due to royalty)
  • Customer sent us the link to their event website which listed the timings for the show itself, then sent through a schedule with all the timings, amounts of people on stage etc
  • No content was sent in advance, it was given to us on site, due to some financial announcements and the special guests’ content
  • Moingo arrives on site the evening before to setup (3 hour window) and run tests of camera angles, audio and graphics (2 hour window)
  • Once everything was set and the customer had signed everything off, we had to leave while security checks were completed on the venue, and so headed home for the evening.
  • We arrived 4 hours before the show time, allowing a window for presenters to practice with their slides and content, as well as to let the host relax and get used to the setup.
  • The show went live to an audience of about 400 people as well as onto YouTube Live (2 hours)
  • Once finished, we presented the customer with an SSD with the whole show recorded on it, including individual camera angles so they would be able to create additional content for socials and promoting the event
