Delegate Testimonials
Using 2 cameras in various locations around the summit, capturing stories and great feedback from visitors to the event.
Here we travelled to Soho Farmhouse and captured a host of different testimonials from guests as well as explainers from the owner of Founders Forum, and some impact statements from other staff and notable guests.
As a team of 2, Event Capture UK Operators moved from location to location around the event to ensure content gave the viewer a glimpse into the live event, while maintaining the mystery and confidence of its live aspects.
Content was recorded as 2-camera snippets, cut live and handed to the client at the end of each day.
- Initial job booking emailing us directly and checking the dates
- We confirmed with a quote sent through including travel time
- We had a 30-minute zoom meeting to talk through expectations and any media assets required
- Event Capture UK arrives on site on setup day and scope out the best positions for shooting – taking a sample shot with a test presenter in each location which are then passed onto the client for approval
- On each of the show days, we are then on call by the marketing manager, who is mingling with guests and finding their next available and willing person for testimonials – networking events are very busy, so being on hand is preferable to trying to schedule people!
- We pack down and leave once all sessions had been recorded, handing the hard drive with all the content to the client at the end of each day
