Full Production for Annual Conference
Using 4 cameras with sound system, slides, countdown timer, remote clicker, videos, title pages, background music, remote presenters and all recorded and live streamed to a branded online platform that we provided.
On this project we set up and delivered EFG’s annual Investment Summit. This is the 4th year we’ve delivered the summit and it involved travelling to The Corinthia in Central London and loading into their main ballroom. We set up 4 cameras and the full production required from an empty room to full show, brought in a supplier for the LED wall at the back of the stage, and used the venue’s staging. The client provided the slides for each speaker, videos and title slates in advance of the day.
On the Sunday 4 crew arrived on site and set up from 10am, bringing all kit through the loading bay of the hotel, having spoken with the hotel ahead of time and organised contractor passes and loading bay access for the delivery van. Once set up, tested and streaming and recording checked, we were on hand ready for rehearsals by the client and their presenters through Sunday afternoon.
On the Monday and the Tuesday, all video was cut live and streamed to the platform we had made for them. We sorted out the custom URL for them, as well as a white-labelled virtual event platform, with livestream video player and slido online polling all built into the platform. The finished edits and the individual camera angles were handed over to the client immediately at the end of each day so that they had marketing material and legacy material.
We loaded out immediately after the second show day to clear the venue within 2 hours of the event ending.
- An annual event, this was the 4th we have delivered for the client, who confirmed 9 months prior
- We confirmed the conference package with a quote sent through including travel time
- We also provided the online white-labelled events platform to show the live stream, slido, interactive agenda, custom URL, email capture forms and presenter biographies in a neat, branded package
- Moingo arrives on site the day before the conference begins. We set up in the main ballroom and did testing of the venue internet and recording (4 hours)
- We then waited calmly in the room as different presenters came through doing rehearsals and testing their slides and videos. The main presenters also practiced their transitions and introductions.
- Over the two show days we delivered 15 hours of live-cut content, including 4 live cameras, videos, slideshows, live polls through Slido, remote callers and background music. We had countdown timers set up and wireless clickers for presenters. They were on wireless headset mics, with backup wired mics at the edge of the stage.
- We packed down on the final day after audience had left then loaded out from the loading bay (2 hours)
